Your cutting plan stays in your browser.

Forth Fabric does not need an account or project server. Measurements, pieces, results, imports, and saved projects remain on your device unless you choose to send something yourself.

The planner is designed so its core task works without uploading project content. We do not receive or store your fabric dimensions, piece names, layout results, or exported project files.

Information kept on your device

  • Your current project is stored in the browser's IndexedDB storage so it can be restored after a refresh.
  • Imported JSON files are validated and read locally. They are not uploaded.
  • Exported backups and printed plans are created by your browser and saved or printed only where you choose.
  • A temporary session-storage flag may be used while removing an obsolete Forth Fabric service worker or cache.

Website requests and analytics

Opening Forth Fabric sends ordinary web requests to the site's hosting and content-delivery provider so the HTML, styles, scripts, fonts, and images can load. As with other hosted websites, the provider may process request information such as an IP address, user agent, requested URL, and time for delivery, reliability, and security.

No product analytics are installed.

Forth Fabric currently does not add event tracking, advertising trackers, analytics cookies, account identifiers, or tracking pixels.

Clear or move your project

Use New plan to replace the current saved project. To remove all local Forth Fabric data, clear this site's stored data in your browser settings. Export a JSON backup first if you want to keep a copy or move it to another device.

Email feedback

The Help page offers an email link. Selecting it opens your email application; it does not automatically attach your project, measurements, or browser data. If you send a message, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to include through your email provider.

Changes and contact

If Forth Fabric later adds analytics, advertising, uploads, accounts, or remote project storage, this page will be updated before those features are enabled.
